Build and maintain detailed project plans, RAID logs, and daily and weekly reporting.
Establish governance cadence including stand-ups, steering committees and sprint reviews.
Coordinate cross-functional teams so dependencies are managed and deliverables are met.
Track project health through clear KPIs and milestones, escalating early when needed.

Act as the primary day-to-day contact for client project teams.
Run client discovery sessions with key stakeholder groups to uncover and define new strategic use cases.
Partner with clients post-deployment to identify additional product value.

Manage expectations, budgets, quality, scope changes, decisions and approvals with clarity and consistency.
Support UAT, training and enablement for client stakeholders.

Proactively identify risks and blockers, driving resolution and mitigation plans.
Keep project documentation clear, consistent and current.
Monitor scope creep and guide stakeholders through structured change control.
Maintain delivery quality standards and alignment with company methodologies.
Internal Collaboration and Delivery Maturity
Partner with Product and Engineering to streamline delivery workflows and handovers.
Share lessons learned, contribute to playbooks and support operational improvements.
Mentor Project Coordinators or analysts where required.
Contribute to resource planning and internal delivery capacity forecasting.
